NEO 5 A ES and NEO 5 IP are the two new products with which the brand invest to strengthen NEO Series, offering a comprehensive range of loudspeakers for installation that will fit every type of need.

It is already June and during this month WORKPRO has another important meeting with the sector at InfoComm 2014. As always, the event, that will take place at Las Vegas Convention Centre from the 18th to the 20th of June, will gather the most important manufacturers, distributors and professionals from the AV sector. With InfoComm as backdrop, WORKPRO will launch on the market two new products: NEO 5 A ES and NEO 5 IP. The brand will also let visitors meet the latest launches, like the line array column speaker UDA 16 or the ZERO subwoofers Series, as well as the improvements made at some of the existing references, like the update of the distributed audio system over IP BlueLine Digital.

One of the new products is NEO 5 A ES, the updated version of NEO 5 A. This installation loudspeaker has been developed by WORKPRO after setting itself the objective of maximizing the savings in energy consumption and, therefore, making it more efficient. Under this “green” or “ecological” company philosophy, the brand has come up with a smart solution capable of shutting down when it is not receiving audio signal. This means a reduction in its consumption below 1W under this circumstances. Thanks to this product, it is possible to exponentially enhance the performance and efficiency of the audio installations.

The second new that will be introduced at this gathering with the sector is NEO 5 IP, the waterproof version of NEO 5. Due to its high IP range (IP 65), this two-way passive loudspeaker is suitable for outdoor installations in complete safety because it withstands unfavourable weather conditions, such as rain or wind. Its features and functionalities make NEO 5 IP a good choice for those professionals who need to design and install audio systems in medium-size and big installations, such as terraces, restaurants, hotel and urban complexes, etc. NEO 5 IP as well as NEO 5 A ES are available in black and white versions to make it easier to blend it in with the requirements of the installation.

In addition, all the visitors that show up at WORKPRO stand (booth C-10940) will be able to know some of the new products that were launched into the market during the first semester of 2014. One of these products is UDA 16, the new line array column speaker that allow, passively, to control that the bandwidth of the audio beam remains constant. This represents a reduction of the unwanted reflections in reverberant conditions, a great coverage thanks to the loss of just 3dB each time the space doubles (True Line Array) and a perfect intelligibility because the beam is the same in all the bandwidth.

Other novelty that everyone at InfoComm will have the opportunity to meet is ZERO Series, the new series of subwoofers specially designed for bass reinforcement. This series is composed of four models: Z15, Z15 A, Z18 and Z18 A. These subwoofers (in active or passive configuration) add two different speakers: 15” and 18”. The active one includes in its built-in module the new DSP which optimize the system to offer the best performance.
